| Description of the problem | When driving mostly at highway speeds but sometimes at lower speeds the steering gets tight when making a slight adjustment to the steering, which makes me pull it harder to get it loose and then have to over compensate to get the vehicle back in a straight line. This is extremley dangerous because it has caused me to run off the highway and come very close to hitting other vehicles. I have had it in the shop at the dealership 3 times and chrysler looked at it and said this is normal with the electronic speed sensitive steering. This should not be normal because it is putting my life in danger. This issue has been since i bought the vehicle august 2018. |
