Description of the problem	I got a important safety recall for steering gear on 10/29/2019 i called the jeep, chrysler company on 10/30/2019 and advised me to take it to the dealer to change the part. Took the car to dealer service on 10/31/2019, today is 11/21/2019 and the car is still in the service and each time they said that the are waiting for a part to come and change. And they found few parts to change. Today is 11/21/2019 and the car still in service to fix and change the parts. Called the co. And said that i am not safe to drive the car, because in the past i had the same issue in one of cars ten years ago after they replaced the steering gear part took the car and was driving on the highway and the steering gear loose and we had a big crash with my children and was a fatal accident. My car is lease on 09/01/2019 and refused to take it back and give another car, please help me and reply to my fearing, i called the jeep and chrysler dealer and they refused to take the defected car back and give another safety car i have two questions and need help as i am senior and live in boston and driving to ny on the highway please help me what shall i do, i don't know what to do or whom i ask for help ? -do you think that after they change the part of the steering gear will be safe to drive??? - for whom shall i call or contact to explain my problem and my fear?? Your reply will be very important to me... Please help and thanks in advance. A questions that i am not safe to drive the car again. And i don't know if the car will be safe to drive especially on the highway when you are driving 65 mph
