Description of the problem	Vehicle was leased on 10/5/18. On 10/13/18 with 342 miles while driving on a highway towards the mountains and making a turn into an exit the steering wheel locked up and steering wheel service light went on. The car almost smashed into the sidewall. I was able to stop the vehicle in time to avoid any accidents. There was also burned smell coming out of the hood. The car was towed to the nearest dealership. The dealership advised me that they have no available loan cars at the moment and to reach out to chrysler corp. I have still have not heard back from the dealership nor the case manager from chrysler corporation. I have made numerous attempts to reach to someone with no luck. I am surprised at the way the dealership where i leased the car, the dealership where the car was left for diagnoses and the chrysler corp is handling this issue.
