Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2019 jeep cherokee. While driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle experienced a total loss of acceleration and transmission power. The contact stated that the vehicle felt as if it were stuck in neutral gear. The vehicle was towed to teterboro chrysler jeep dodge ram (469 us-46, little ferry, nj 07643 (201), 440-0222), but the cause of the failure could not be diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the abs module failed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred twice. The contact stated that the brakes seized and there was a total loss of transmission and acceleration power. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where a case manager was assigned. The manager had not called the contact back and the contact's request was escalated to a supervisor. The contact requested the vehicle be returned and exchanged.
