Description of the problem	Bought a used 28k mile 2019 jeep cherokee fwd on dec 20th 2020. Took it through a car wash first weekend of january 2021. At end of wash when you are supposed to take it out of nuetral and into drive the transmission would not engage. I could hear it spinning but no action. I was able to coast forward to get out of the way of others leaving the car wash. Thinking it was a fluke i took it back following weekend. Same thing happened. I coasted to a safe place to park. No problems with brakes. Lights had been flashing on shifter panel but had stopped before i read what was said. Took car to dealership. They scoped it and reported no problems. Said it would be necessary to put car in park , turn car off and restart again to reset computer which was confused by wheels turning in nuetral through car wash. Said they hadnt had other such issues. Ive never owned a car with this issue. I'm of sound mind but was very harried at this event knowing other cars were right behind me !! Doesn't seem right. Please look into this. I can't have bought the only 2019 jeep cherokee fwd vehicle with this issue.
