Description of the problem	2nd report for trans issues now. Reprogramming from dealership did not work from 1st try at repair. And had to replace motor mount due to trans issue. Car tries to lunge when stopped at traffic light. Downshifts and stays while on expressway, have to slow down then speed back up to correct. When reversing, come to a stop then switch to drive the vehicle "slams" into gear. Now the motor mount is clunking again. Again this is 2nd time for same issues in 6 months or 1966 miles of ownership.
