Description of the problem | Many cherokee owners 2019 are complaining in all forums that taillights get wet with simple rain. If you all dealer they say chrysler informs that it is normal behavior unless they are more than 24 hrs after wet. When asked if this will lead to failure, corrosion, or damage to the light assembly they say on long term yes so the best action is to go on the back of the vehicle to dry them. A new vehicle shouldnt be having this behavior. The vehicle is in normal environment conditions. Running the vehicle does not make them drier and is very difficult to dry using a rag or anything in the inside. |
