| Description of the problem | My jeep randomly shuts off while driving. This has happened to me 6 times in the two years since i purchased the vehicle brand new. Last happened around 3 weeks ago as indicated below. Very dangerous. Can not control when this happens. Dealer told me it was because i was past due for an oil change, and the engine shutting off was to protect the engine. If you do a search online, you'll see many other jeep owners are experiencing the same issue. Please help before someone gets killed. Sometimes nothing gets done until someone gets seriously hurt. Unfortunately, the fear of a lawsuit after someone gets seriously hurt is what has to happen before any action is taken by manufacturers. Please help all of us avoid that. |
