Description of the problem	I purchased a 2019 jeep cherokee and in less than 3,000 miles the car broke down. It gave no indication, just completely shut off while i was driving in the middle lane of a fast-paced highway and almost killed me. The dealership told me it was low on oil and they assumed since the car was so new then maybe it hadn't been properly filled. As the vehicle approached 6,000 miles, the issue occurred again and the car was stalled in the left lane of a small road, blocking traffic. Now they tell me that there was a defect with the engine and that it is burning too hot and, therefore consuming the oil at a fast rate. I can't tell you how shell shocked i was to have my brand new jeep vehicle stall twice on me in the middle of traffic and had no idea how dangerous the motor was. I have spent a significant amount of time and energy trying to get this vehicle fixed as well as not having a mode of transportation as it stays in the shop for i don't know how long. Bottom line, i would like to hear from you directly about what my rights are as a consumer regarding this issue and the lemon that we leased. I want to know what your company does to make things right for their customers. I am a lifelong chrysler buyer, have been very loyal as a customer, but the treatment i have received so far from the dealership and throughout this entire process has been extremely disheartening.
