Description of the problem	The auto start/stop feature kicks in as normal, however the car does not start back after doing so. This does not happen every time but happens often enough to cause issues, like in traffic, and on slops. The brakes lock up, and i have more than once started rolling backwards. All gears flash on the display, and i must cycle the key to fix the issue. Possibly related to the underlying issue, but not the start/stop feature, if the car is in neutral for any period of time, such as when being pulled through a car wash, the exact same thing happens. When i try to shift back into drive to pull out of the car wash, the d flashes on the display, nothing happens, no matter how much time i spend trying to get it to register, which honestly isn't much, i have to get out of the car wash quickly, nothing happens. I'm left once again having to cycle the key and restart the vehicle. Every single time after the issue happens when the vehicle has been in neutral, the start stop issue occurs on the first instance of it being engaged. The dealership doesn't seem to care, wouldn't even take a copy of my video, and are putting so many miles on my brand new vehicle to "replicate" the issue. This has been happening since early july, and jeep nor chrysler seems to have any answers as they've "never seen this before".
