Description of the problem	The 2018 jeep cherokee latitude consumes oil and has a mechanism where if the car is low on oil it will just shut off when driving. This is a serious safety hazard as the car gives no warning it is low on oil. Someone is going to get killed one day when these cars just shut off in the middle of driving.dt consumer stated the first of roughly 15 occurrences occurred at 31k miles. The most recent happened at 41,100 miles. Usually while traveling 25-35 mph and usually happens 2k-3k miles from last oil changed.
