Description of the problem	We were driving from tallahassee to cape canaveral florida. As we neared gainesville the car handling became erratic. At the time we were on the interstate and traveling at normal highway speed in heavy traffic. We stopped in gainesville at a cooper dealer and they said a front tire tread had shifted. A new tire was purchased. We continued our trip and after about 1 hour the same handling problem occurred just as we got on the florida turnpike.. The car was taken to a cooper dealer in lee florida and we were advised that the other front tire had failed due to the same reason. Tires had about 13,00 miles on them. Another new tire was purchased. When we returned home i contacted cooper. Their first response was to see a dealer. I then received an email stating that they would have the tires picked up and sent to their factory. Another email was then received saying to see a dealer. Four cooper ultra touring tires were purchased 04/27/2018. The two front tires failed on august 29/2019. Mileage at purchase was just over 28,000 and failed at 41,000. Tires had been rotated twice.
