| Description of the problem | While driving home from work on 5-7-19 i heard a ding & a the message service shifter came up on my dash & the red lights next to the gear shift all lit up. I was moving at the time & when i reached a stop light i put vehicle in park then back to drive but nothing changed. Took it directly to the dealership & they said they'd only heard of this happening to a few vehicles but i have just found tons of complaints for the same issue. Ordering parts for it but i'm afraid to drive it & was told it would take a couple of days to get the parts followed by them calling me to set up a time to bring it in for repair. This is a 2017 with a little over 27k miles. I shouldn't have to be doing this yet or ever. |
