Description of the problem	A service shifter message come up on my optometer screen 4 times in 3 days. The warning appears in red letters that also highlight all gear lights red and the screen was locked to service shifter. This takes places when i attempt to start my vehicle. The vehicle starts but i cannot shift the gears. I have read other reports of 2019 models having this happen and car stops while in motion. Please review this case, so many jeep cherokee models 2016-2020 have been widely affected by this shift system failure.
