Description of the problem	Tl* the contact's friend owns a 2017 jeep cherokee. The contact stated that while his friend was driving at various speeds, the brake pedal was depressed and was firm. The service electronic braking system message was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact, who works as an independent mechanic, diagnosed the vehicle with a defective brake booster.
