Description of the problem	"service shifter" notification on the dashboard while prndl lights are solid red near the transmission shifter. I have take the jeep to the dealer while it was less than a year old and they advised it needed and update and to my understanding that's what they did. Now 6-8 months later the same notification appears on the dash and the lights near the shifter are solid red. When the car is turned off and restarted they go away to only come back on again after a few days or even a couple minutes. Vehicle was in motion when this occurred at low and higher speeds.
