Description of the problem	The vehicle doesn't shift gears properly when moving. It mostly happens on a regular streets in day-to-day driving i've not noticed it at higher speeds. The rpms go up really really high and yesterday when i was getting onto a smaller highway from a main highway it's slid into almost a neutral state, it didn't stall but didn't accelerate either on the turn coming off light . This is happens frequently since i got the car in february and i brought it to the dealer a few weeks ago and they said they updated some kind of software. It hasn't helped -the only way i get to engage the transmission properly is if i move stick into manual and drop it into the + then go back to automatic but that's not really an appropriate answer and i worry about my teenagers using the car. I can't stand the fuel saving on off switch because it's not responsive enough and i wonder if that's part of it, maybe this fuel limiting provision is not functioning properly and fuel isn't provided fast enough to handle the acceleration so the car just kind of runs out of gas mid task. I'm providing the receipt from a local dealer but this is not the dealer i bought the car from, they weren't helpful as i they can be.
