Description of the problem	My 2016 jeep cherokee has a 9 speed automatic transmission. When driving in town at a slow speed the transmission shifts eratically and pauses during the speed shift trying to evaluate which gear it needs to be in. So extreme that i was almost hit trying to avoid another vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the customer assist, the nsdc and the attorney generals office. Chrysler just keeps stating that the transmission "works as designed". I have even had the service department at a local jeep dealership that it is a massive problem and the vehicles are always coming in for service due to this. They have attempted an "upgrade" to the system which they think will improve the shifting, but it has not worked. I need someone to take this issue seriously and investigate the problem. It is an issue and unfortunately the previous homeowners i have spoken with just traded them in and never complained. Please, please look into this. Just because chrysler says it is "performing as designed" does not mean it is performing safely.
