Description of the problem	Front brake rotors required replacement when car odometer reading was 16700 miles. Dealer said "rotors warped" and was a common problem occurring in vehicles with less than 20000 miles. Dealer said caused by car not being driven for 2 month period. Not covered by warranty after 12000 miles or 12 months. Complaint is the brakes on a new car should not fail after only 16,700 miles of normal driving. Cost to repair was $482. 00
