Description of the problem	When driving the jeep shift extremely hard into gear. Today we stopped at a red light and went to take off the car went to shift but would not shift into gear causing us to stop in the intersection almost getting hit. We had to place it into park and restart the car to get it to move back into gear. This is an ongoing issue. The dealer cannot find the issue and will not take the time to duplicate. They show no interest on trying to solve the issue, just passing the buck.
