Description of the problem	I turned on the car, let it warm up for about 3 minutes. Put it in drive, i was on the road for about 5 minutes and all the lights on the dashboard turned on, the car stalled and the motor turned off. The transmission was stuck in drive and i had to forcefully find a way to move it to neutral or park to restart the car. When i checked the fluids on the vehicle everything was ok with the exception of the oil dip stick. All the oil had burned away and i was still about 2000 miles away from next oil change. All my oil changes were done at the jeep dealership where the car was purchased and we used synthetic oil to protect the engine. This is very dangerous that no warning signs are given to the drivers and that the car completely shuts off in the middle of the road. I tried to resolve this issue with the dealership but they said that because there is no recall for this common problem, they cannot resolve it. Please help!
