Description of the problem	I have taken my 2016 jeep cherokee into the service department multiple time to have them diagnose the hesitation in the transmission, jerking into gear ( from 1st to second gear, but most of the time from 2nd to 3rd gear) and a loud clacking noise that appears to come from the bottom of the car. According to 2 different jeep/chrysler dealership service department that i have taken my cherokee to be diagnose, they can't find what is wrong with the transmission and they did not expirience the jerking on the transmission during driving. They did informed me that the clacking sound coming from the bottom of the car is the catalytic converter when it gets hot makes a clacking noise, but they have no fix for it. The dealers claim they are waiting for the jeep inc. To come out with a fix. As if that's acceptable to force your customer to drive a noisy, hesitating brand new car. I am dumbfounded with how the dealerships jeep / chrysler keep sweeping this issue under the rug hoping it will go away. Time to find a solution.
