Description of the problem	Several times now in the past few months when i start to accelerate, the jeep "jumps". Almost like its slipping or trying to jump gears. It's very scary, and i'm afraid of it jumping when i least expect it and cause an accident which i do not need in my condition. And i just recently realized that the start/stop function has not been working, which i believe may have something to do with it,i asked my dealer to check it and they gave me the run around. Then someone over heard me talking and said they had the same problem. So i googled it and there has been several complaints for the exact same thing all over the i internet! What does it take to have this seriously checked out for a recall? How many complaints on the same issue does it take for something to be done? I am disabled and cannot afford to replace a transmission that's only 2 yrs old! And no one should have to especially if it's a defect which it appears to be. Please help me with this situation if at all possible. Thank you so much,
