Description of the problem	About two months ago while driving the car chimed and the message "service shifter" appeared on the screen along with all lights next to shifter to light up red. The vehicle has to turned off and restarted to reset. Now the same thing keeps happening. This never happened before the over the air update. Extremely irritating and scary the first time it happened thank god i wasn't in an accident like other reports have noted. Jeep needs to recall this issue and fix it!!!
