Description of the problem	I was sent a recall for my navigation to upgrade, i was sent a flash drive for the upgrade and it didnt work. I called the number on the paperwork and they said to have the nearest dealership do the upgrade because the flashdive was not working. The dealership said they couldnt do the upgrade but for 400 dollars they could fix my usb port so they could upgrade the software and they kept the recall paperwork so now i dont have the number to call and tell them it's not done and when i enter my vin it says all recalls are finished.
