| Description of the problem | Car has completely stalled and locked up to a point where the steering wheel cannot be moved, hazard lights will not turn on, cannot change the gear at all. Had to have a flat bed tow because the wheels were locked, tow driver had to use dish soap to get the wheels to slide up the ramp. Jeep dealership first replaced the battery, then replaced the bcm and it is still a solid brick. They have no idea what is wrong. This has cost me $600 so far without even a repair. My 17 year old daughter is driving this dangerous car. I have seen the forums and this is a common problem with this jeep, it needs a recall. As soon as we can get it running again, we will be trading it in. I can |
