| Description of the problem | I was driving on i95 near dc in very heavy traffic. The car would come to a dead stop with the parking light and two battery lights on. It had the message to put car in park and then shift to desired gear. It did not work and in the middle of high speed heavy traffic i had to turn engine off and restart the car for it to go back into gear. I went to the local jeep dealership and there were no codes when the car was checked. The service department said it had to be an electronic issue. I was traveling with children on a busy interstate and my jeep did this three times. We could have easily been killed . My dealership will not even look at my car for almost two weeks. |
