Description of the problem	My car, in 4x4 mode, lost control on an off-ramp and struck a concrete base to an interstate street light. Zero airbags went off despite me totaling the car and extensive damage done to the front end. The sheer force of the impact bruised my arm, blackened my eye and ripped my eyelid in half, injuring my right eye and sending me to the trauma unit for emergency surgery.
