Description of the problem	When driving the car between 22-25 mph highway or street there is always a lunging/rpm spike/hard shift that accelerates the car when slowing down. This also happens at 8, 30,35,40,45,50,55mph. It is not nearly as bad as the major issue between 22-25mph.
