Description of the problem	Vehicle has had hard shifting and lurching going downhill since it was new. Transmission harness replaced under recall-no fix. Transmission replaced under warranty and software updates installed-better. 1-2 years later transmission slams into next gear (4-5) upon acceleration so hard you nearly get whiplash. At dealership again as i write this. This is a safety concern that needs to be resolved.
