Description of the problem	Very simple, when shifting from 4 to 5th gears in an automatic it will bang and shift very hard. It will not shift down into first without coming to a complete stop. It hesitates and is very unreadable. In my opinion a safety hazard. Have taken to dealership and they have said that there is nothing they can do until it produces an engine code or breaks. It is a problem with the solenoid shifting and computer talking to one another. Chrysler i think has change the next year transmission due to this problem. This is a safety hazard. This a common occurrence.
