Description of the problem	Vehicle was not shifting correctly from 1st to 2nd gear... There was a loud thud when putting vehicle in reverse.... Dealer is replacing the transmission. Vehicle has been down 3 weeks, no information. The passenger door lock button doesn't work. Center console is loose. The sunroof shade is wrinkling when it goes back, the sunroof makes a popping noise occasionally when it's opened. The ac stopped working all together, or will trickle out.
