Description of the problem	Automatic transmission: vehicle "hesitates" when putting into drive or reverse or moving forward from a "stopped" position. This happens intermittently - i don't know when i press the gas if i will move forward. This is extremely dangerous when trying to merge onto a highway - though it could potentially cause an accident if the vehicle behind me thinks i will move forward when a light turns green. I have been told that i should contact the dealership periodically for software updates -- there is no way to fix the problem, but software supposedly "lessens" the problem. I had one software update: problem recurred the next day and continues to be a problem. I am afraid to allow my teenager drive the vehicle because of the unpredictability of the problem -- it's frightening enough for me, let alone an inexperienced driver. This is a safety issue -- no "fix" is an unacceptable response!
