Description of the problem	Transmission hesitates sometimes when taking off from stop, transmission does not want to go into gear until you come to a complete stop, when accelerating to 35 mph there is a hard shift into the gear for that speed, the car when accelerating does not want to accelerate and have almost been hit from the side several times, i have had car back to dealership to inspect at least 4 times. 2 times they have updated software for transmission, but only have seen minor improvements. Still having all the same issues as before.
