Description of the problem	The vehicle is a 3. 2 l engine equipped with stop/start. When i stopped at a traffic light after driving about 45 minutes with no incidents, the stop/start system disabled. While continuing onto the highway the transmission remained in a lower gear and the tachometer was about 4500 at 50mph. It was shifting erratically at this point. Turning the engine off reset it. It drove normally for 5 mins then the same issue occurred. I went to the dealership the following day and found i need the 9 speed transmission replaced.
