Description of the problem	I received a recall notice for my jeep cherokee 2015. It has taken me a while to actually find some time to take my car in for the recall. I called prior to going to the dealer to make an appointment and the guy at service said i could just walk in. I went in today and the same gentleman said i needed an appointment and that they couldn't take it in today because they had a lot of work. That if i wanted, i could leave it there until friday. They don't lend you a car in the time being. I can't leave my car there and miss work. So i guess now i need to wait another week or so to get this fixed when the letter says it is a safety recall and it is important to fix it as soon as possible. It was a bad decision to have purchased this vehicle.
