Description of the problem	Purchased 3/20/14 transmission issues started at approx. 5200mi delayed shift, sharp hard shift at low speeds , ie. Under 25mph , intermittent, non-predictive occcurence every couple of weeks, then began to increase frequency, problem persisted even after software upgrades and got worse after most recent software upgrade, transmission shifting was all over the board in delayed, short and rough shift along with lurching forward on occasion dealer has not been effective or pro-active in dealing with this issue, transmission is not performing as designed is mal-functioning almost on a daily basis, the lurching, lunging forward is a definite safety hazard, once it almost lurched into the car ahead of me service invoices are available
