| Description of the problem | I purchased a buyback vehicle with 2257 miles on it in november of 2014. At the time, it was disclosed to me the reason for the previous owners return of the vehicle was a fuse (although the paperwork indicates a wiring replacement). I've since had several repairs on this vehicle including a complete transmission replacement, cooling system, several module updates, software updates, and wiper motor replacement. The issues continue, and this vehicle cannot seem to be fixed. The bottom line is this: the vehicle is completely unsafe to drive. When in a stopped position going from park to drive, the car makes a loud boom, or banging sound almost like something fell off or out of the car. It |
