Description of the problem	Recall p37. We have brought our vehicle into the dealer, stew hansen dodge on hickman ave in clive, iowa in december 2014 and was told it would take 2 weeks to order the parts to fix the rear shocks because after inspecting the vehicle they determined that it would need to be replaced. We never received a call from them about the issue. We contacted them again and took it in today, may 15, 2015 to get it fixed and they never fixed it again but wrote on the sheet they ordered the parts but never told us they failed to complete the recall. This location refuses to fix out vehicle.
