Description of the problem	Was driving my 2014 jeep cherokee and a steering wheel with an exclamation icon popped up on the dash and i received a warning to service the power steering. Then a traction icon lit up and immediately the steering wheel stiffened and i couldn't steer; i was going 65mph on the highway! I attempted to troubleshoot the problem but it's electric power steering and there's no check engine light or codes to scan. I'm currently waiting for a flatbed to tow the jeep back to the dealership where i bought the car less than 2 months ago. Chrysler said they've never heard of this issue and it's not part of any recall so this will be an additional expense to repair.
