Description of the problem	12/03/16 i was backing out the drive way and the e brake engaged on its on and would not go off so i was stuck in the middle of the drive way! A message in the dash said "service park brake". I had to have it towed by chrysler to the closet dealer. It was at the dealer for 4 days and no one had looked at it and they would not give me a loaner. It took me repeatedly going to the dealership and making phone calls to the service manager to get my car looked at and to get a loaner vehicle. They finally discovered there was corrosion in the e brake module and wire harness. They ordered the parts and fixed in a week and a half. I am thankful that i was only backing out of my drive way when this occurred, if i was on the highway i could have been seriously injured.
