Description of the problem	Was coming to a stop at an intersection. Had only driven 20-30 yards from where i was parked. Going very slowly but brake did not respond and i hit another car coming on the outside lane. No medical injuries but considerable damage to my car and more to the auto i hit. Had received a recall notice just a few days before. Have reported to chrysler and was told i would receive a call in a few days which i have never received. I feel i am being stonewalled. Also am aware there have been other incidents like this which chrysler must have known about.
