Description of the problem	On a rolling stop or bump stop the transmission will not downshift and stays in 3rd gear. Acceleration is dangerously sluggish, as you step harder on the gas as traffic approaches the transmission slams into 1st gear or goes into neutral. I have reported this to the dealer many times.
