| Description of the problem | I own a 2014 jeep cherokee sport. While i'm driving at various speeds, the transmission inadvertently shiftes to neutral causing the vehicle to lose motive power. It also will rev it's self while stationary, my car will loose power or gain its own rpms while on a flat hwy, this problem is getting worse. The transmission software needes to be reprogrammed. According to the nhtsa campaign #'s 19v447000 & 16v529000 the recall #'s associated with this same issues i'm having are v69 & s55. When i type in my vin# to check for these recalls my vehicle is not listed has having any recalls. My specific vehicle needs to be added so i can properly have these issues resolved. |
