| Description of the problem | Everything that the internet says about the 2014 jeep cherokee tigershark engine and the 9 speed transmission is happening and has been since 2017. It has been to the dealership at least 4 times involving the same thing. Engine stalls on the freeway!!! Stops shifting. Wont go into drive. Slams into gears. Jeep says its a battery, low oil or motor mount problem. There is no way this is why this is happening. The transmission and the engine are the problem and they will not fix it. 2020 alone it has been at the dealership for at least 2 to 3 weeks. I have communication and service records, case numbers from jeep that dont do anything, this is unacceptable to not fix something they did not do correctly. |
