| Description of the problem | Driving down the road when came to a stop at a stoplight and the car gave a couple chugs then died. It said service transmission, service park break, shift to p then desired gear. Took it to jeep had the recall done, the very first time i started the car after getting it back from jeep the service transmission light came on and would not downshift into a gear lower than 3rd. Jeep said it was a bad valve body, i have attached the work order from jeep that says it is inoperable. I also attached the nhtsa safety recall that states that the valve body will become inoperable. Jeep denied reimbursement for the fix of the part we are just requesting that they reimburse for this based on the safety recall. |
