Description of the problem	We have a 2014 jeep cherokee latitude 2. 4 we have constant problems with the check engine light and service transmission light and parking brake light come on and the car shifts into neutral with no warning we've taken it into jeep and they told us they did a software update for the transmission we got it back and immediately done it again but in the intersection of a busy road. We've called the dealer but they told us theres nothing they can do its going to get my family seriously hurt and others. It happens with no warning just driving sometimes when accelerating other times while on the freeway at 70 mph i wish we new what to do. It happens 2 to 3 times a day
