Description of the problem	Gear becomes stuck in the transmission while driving at low speed causing vehicle to rock as if it was hit from the back, took it in multiple times and was told the transmission software need calibrated but i suspect it is due to unexpected shifting of the transmission to neutral, resulting in a loss of drive which may increase the risk of a crash.
