Description of the problem	After the vehicle is warmed up the transmission doesn't want to shift. On take off from a dead stop it'll be in 3rd gear at 10 mph. The vehicle has been to the dealer several time for this issue and i'm told there aren't any issues. Also when turning out in traffic the vehicle has stalled numerous times with my 3 year old son in the back. This vehicle is unsafe and the worst purchase i have ever made.
