Description of the problem	Transmission failed 07/21/2016. Car refused to start and had both check engine and service transmission messages. Dealer replaced transmission with 2016 model that was supposed to solve the issues. At this point the car has 19,866 miles showing. On 5/29/2019, same problem showed up, car refused to start, check engine and service transmission messages. After a week at the dealership i was advised that the best guess? Was i needed to replace the control module at a cost o 900. 00 since it is out of warranty. I asked if this did not fix it would they buy the module back and was advised no. Currently the car is sitting in the driveway, i am afraid to attempt to drive it and fear the transmission will fail while i am on the highway and become involved in an accident as i attempt to get it off the road. The transmission failure keeps the engine from operating.
